Staff were nice and friendly at arrival, but room and amenities were horrible. The room had no fresh air and was very stuffy. The only way to get fresh air was to open a window in the bathroom facing the outside where any stranger could climb through while I slept. Creepy. The towels were tiny & thin. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. We chose this place for the hot tub, but it was so noisy (broken) that we couldn’t enjoy it. There was also a loud fan like a heater or AC out in the deck area, running the whole time, unbearable. The WORST part: We had parking when we arrived but we left for dinner and when we returned there were ZERO spaces left for us! How? We paid for a room that comes with a parking spot. We circled a few times looking for any spot, anywhere on premises, but there were none. We understand that this could be out of their control if someone stole the spot, however when we called and messaged, there was no answer or reply. We were left to park on the street, and had to stress about whether our car was safe. Will not return. A little more piece of info that didn’t bother us, but might bother someone else, the heater in the pool was broken so they just put up a sign calling it a “plunge pool” like a cold plunge (which I actually love cold plunge pools, but others may not, it was freezing cold, no kids would use this).

6 minutes ago on Google I have stayed here before, the rooms aren’t updated or special HOWEVER, I am ok with that as long as they are clean! This time I rented one of the houses. DIRTY, GROSS, blood on the pillow, dried food on the fridge, counter, in the drawers, it’s bad! They have bad drywall patch jobs, yellow stains from water spots, the sheets were dirty when we pulled the blankets back. The curtains were hung up by stuffing them in the brackets from the missing blinds. It was just bad! Dirty bathroom. Very bad experience. I talked to the desk 2 times and they just said sorry.

I was very disappointed the first thing I noticed was all the dark stains on the carpet that was not cleaned properly or maintained, Needs to be replace. The walls were patch painted all over the place and all the other spaces large empty spaces no pictures whatsoever.... A bunch of simple things that could be corrected and make this a wonderful place to stay if they just put a little more attention to the overall look and not just a quick fix for an issue.

We arrived at this hotel for our 5th Wedding Anniversary for the weekend on a Friday night and everything was good until midnight til around 3:30am when our neighbors we fighting for over 3 1/2 hours. I went to the office to let them know and the manager on duty did offer us an updated room with a spa inside the room it has a beautiful view also it had only one problem the room with the spa inside the room has Black Mold in just about every room I took pictures I also told the manager on duty and she said that she would talk to her General Manager about trying to get me some compensation the manager texted me saying that her General Manager will think about giving me back any money back. So if you pay to rent out the hotel room with the spa inside the room beware of all the Black Mold on the ceiling in the living room area and in both bathrooms behind the toilets and many other places. I do not recommend renting out that room

It was one of the wrost hotel i was going to stay at. We book ocean view with a fire place in the room and a balcony. The hot tub was not available the night we were going to stay. Was told we got upgraded room. It was not upgraded at all and it was on the first floor with no balcony no fire place. I did ask for a refund. When i did the staff was not very helpful and very rude. Needless to say my girlfriend and i will not stay there.

Unfortunately; I was not given the room I booked and paid for. The property was dirty and unkept. Broken staircase. I asked the front desk to move us to the room we booked. They said it was unavailable due to a leaky roof. They said they’d refund my money. Im still waiting to see any credit.

The rooms were old but very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly the mini fridge dis not work and there were no bags for the ice bucket so we had to wash it then put ice in it i had a crack so it leaked all over but waa an easy clean up. The fire place waa nice all night and the ocean was so close i cracked the door to listen to it all night. Will definitely stay again was a good price for ocean front with a balcony.

While we ultimately enjoyed room, there were some things that left us pause. Fireplace did not work, hotel sent someone down, (the staff was amazing) and he couldn’t get it lit either, there appears to be mold in bathroom, the VERY VERY long hair that was left in shower, and hair ball in jetted tub, caused me to do a wipe down prior to use. The “handicap” ramp into small yard (which had an amazing view) felt as if it would give out at any time. The room was dated for sure, LOTS of burgundy carpet. For the price we were not expecting the Hilton, but having a mold free clean room certainly would have been nice. The private parking spot was great, though the driveway wasn’t best. Our upstairs neighbors were literally loudest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel in my life, sounded like elephants til 330 am.
