The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.

We arrived at Best Western and noticed you go to each room from outdoors, almost more like a motel. We got to our room and there was one of those doors that attach it to the room next door, it was locked but it was so noisy - we were able to hear the neighbors TV and conversations all from the door, it must have been a very thin door and there was a gap on the bottom. We also went to open the bed to go to sleep and there were hairs on the sheets - we think they didnt even wash the sheets (unless it was really bad luck and more than 1 hair stayed on the sheets after being washed and dried and made?). We didnt love our stay and wont come back :( We are not usually picky with hotels but would choose a different place if we come back

It's a basic hotel that I wouldnt spent more than three nights at. It's clean, the ac works, and it's safe enough. Property shows its age, the room doors are all dinged up, our chain lock was only held on by one screw. It's also basically just a cleaner motel. All the doors to the room face the outside, meaning there's no lobby before your room. It's not bad, but it's just adequate

Breakfast was okay, not a lot of variety, no fresh fruit, ran out of a lot of food. Rooms were clean, walls were paper thin so we heard the people next to us and they were very loud made it hard to sleep, the front door was not sealed all the way so we could see day light coming in and heard the cleaning peoples carts very early in the morning. So no sleeping in if you wanted to, the hot tub inside was cold, the hot tub outside was lukewarm, outside pool was very clean and perfect temp. Parking was hard to maneuver. Over all I will probably not every stay at this hotel again, I want my rooms inside and have a balcony so I can enjoy the outside.

Comfortable hotel with free parking, literally next door to Dolly's Stampede and short drive from Dollywood theme parks. Comfortable bed, clean, spacious. Had indoor and outdoor pools (which we didn't use) but seemed popular with other residents. Breakfast was quite varied and restocked regulalry but the room is small for the number of guests staying, even when outside tables used so expect a queue in high season after 8.30am Would happily stay again if had reason to need accommodation in the area.

Will be staying here again. The staff was so nice, our room was clean as well as the hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the amenities was perfect for our family. We have two teenagers that had a blast at the pool. Perfect location and not far from Dollywood and all the attractions and restaurants.

Handicap room was spacious and easy to get a wheelchair in and out of. The private balcony of the pool was a nice touch. Breakfast simple and delicious. Other guests were considerate and staff did not put up with random nonsense. Price was very reasonable!

We loved how large the room was with plenty of space out of the way for our luggage. The sink being in a separate room from the shower helped when getting a family of four ready for the day. The location was perfect for venturing out into the National Park. The breakfast area was very busy, so we only took advantage of it once during our trip. The option of three different pools was nice if you didn't want to be in a crowded area.

Was put in a room where the indoor pool was - the bleach smell was so strong it made us sick, made our eyes water and burn plus it made our throats scratchy, we were traveling with a service dog and he got very sick from the fumes. The staff did not have another room at the time so we packed up and left. Do not recommend anyone stay in the rooms located inside the indoor pool room the bleach fumes are overpowering. Plus was told the vents inside the pool room were closed at night so the smell is incapsulated inside that area therefore that’s all you smell inside and outside your room. Not healthy at all.
