No paper in bathrooms not towels , only one blanket for the whole family , no shampoo conditioner , bottles were there but empty , coffee maker didn’t work and old as well was dirty when received, tv had no WiFi options and no channels , only good thing was the beautiful view to sea but if you don’t smoke yourself you’ll smell like marihuan in the pool ppl smoke freely disgusting having your kid there and ppl smoking this thing

We've stayed here before and only returned because we knew there was a heated pool. Upon arrival the pool was not heated but later was heated and comfortable. It's right on the water and we love the convenience. Staff was friendly. The room was under stocked, there was no shower curtain, hand towels, wash cloths and only 1 blanket for 2 beds. The kitchen lacked many things we needed, no dish cloths, no dish soap, no oven mitt, no baking sheets. We made do because we were just excited to be at the beach and know everyone has bad days sometimes so I assume they're understaffed. Oh and someone was smoking at the pool, so that was gross. For the price, we still like to stay here. If the price were any higher we would not stay, it was actually a little higher than we would've liked to pay.

Penthouse carpet and bathroom floor had huge horrible stains. The lounge chairs out the balcony were worn and ripped. And they were our of towels at check-in. So we had to use our room towels for beach towels. And I had to air dry after getting out of the shower that evening. The masterbed room was a little outdated and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The guest bedroom had black mold like spots on the sheets. The staff was nice.

Definitely not like the pictures that were shown online. Needs a lot of updating. Lounging chairs looked to have mold. Gym was so small and dirty. One of the elevators broke and was not working for the rest of our visit. Also almost got stuck on the one that was working. No phone in the room so if we needed something from front desk we would have to go to it. And last but not least one of the workers came in the room without knocking to see if it was occupied. Pretty creepy.

Bring your cleaning wipes, the counter tops, table and chairs needed to be wipe down, however the room was clean an neat. The soaps for you smelled great but very water down. I was able to watch the house keeping after day 2, as we all know sand is everywhere. They came in vacuum, swept and very pleasant. The pool and hot tub was/is very nice. Just wish those of us that do visit would pick up after themselves, not always the staff issue when trash is left. Not the newest up to date Hotel but it was really nice, smaller friendlier and the Views Priceless

Hot tub was cold and broken then was out of order for most of our trip. Lots of loud trashy behavior occurring from other hotel guests all through the night, despite efforts to get them to be quiet, so the walls are paper-thin. The heated pool is not actually heated, had trash and floats all around, and a layer of grease across the top. The private beach was great though. And the employees are very kind. Give them all a raise!

The pool was nice.No room service period. They tell you room service ever 3 days stayed a week never seen anyone.You have to go down to the desk and ask for toilet paper,bath towels,garbage bags or anything you may need.Their were three of us only chould get 2 washcloths and if you are lucky you may get 2 towels.A pain to check in the room never ready.I love the property needs a new house cleaning staff.

I didn't use the Internet or the gym but I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. It's not the most up to date with the furnishings inside the rooms (can't charge your phone from a lamp) but it's comfortable and cozy.
