My wife and were very disappointed to find a large brownish stain on the sheets of one of the beds. Because it was late, we spent the 1st night of our stay sleeping in one bed together instead of two. Also, the noise coming from all around us lasted till after midnight. Us and another room across the hall complained at 10:45 pm with no result. Room phone did not work so we had to complain by going to the front desk, very inconvenient. Next day we asked to have new sheets on the beds. They changed the sheets on the stained bed only and we felt both beds should have been changed. Will not go back there again. Customer service seemed uncaring.

Very accommodating place, was easy to find online and then also the beds were decent very clean. Slept so good. I needed a good night's rest and got it. Also shampoo & soap in room cause I forgot mine.

First of all we were checked into a dirty room. People had atayed in it. Thankfully nobody was in it when we opened the door. The desk person barely apologized and didnt seem to think a big deal. We were there two nights. Came back after dinner first night and both keys werent working. Made me wonder if he even had the reservatjon correct for two nights.

Clean the rooms. The carpet was excessively stained. There was stuff in the shower. Black mold in the shower. Poop on the toilet handle. Extremely dusty in the room. Gunk on the walls. The pool had black mold all over the walls in the corners and the ceiling. The floor in the pool was disgusting. The pool and hot tub had mold on the walls and thing floating in the water. We stayed all of 8 hours at the hotel since we got in a midnight. Left the next morning to ski came back and left. They refused a refund. Offered to change our room but that doesn’t change all the mold in the pool area and with two kids that is completely unacceptable. I am working with hotels.com to get a refund yet the earliest they would even speak to hotels.com is Tuesday after I reported the issue Saturday when we left.

Tried calling several times with no answer. When I messaged stating that there was no hot water to run the jetted hot tub, which I had paid extra for that specific room, I did not receive a response. I have already contacted Best Western about getting a credit or refund of some sort. I'm just awaiting their response now.

Clean room. Great price. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Devil's Head Mountain so at the end of the day I just have a 10-minute drive to get to the hotel. I stay here about 4 - 5 nights per ski season.
