I stayed at a Motel 6 near Pismo Beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself is very rundown. There were broken or missing fixtures, a loose bathroom vent, and an awkward shower setup with a curtain that constantly stuck to me. Many of the outdoor curtains were also damaged, making the place feel poorly maintained. The location is convenient, but the condition doesn’t match the price. Overall, great staff but the property needs serious improvement.

The room was clean for the most part, it is pet friendly, but when we get there they tell us the A/C is not working. Not a problem since it's the coast but later that night we come to find out there isn't any hot water. Sure it's a motel 6 but they can at least have the place running correctly.
