The room was big enough but the sofa bed was not prepared when we arrive. The sofa bed also looked a bit thin and uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay but the area was small and busy. There was no service either. Also I feel we have been charged twice on a different card and all they can say is contacting our finance department—not helpful!
