The staff was great! However, the TV did not work meaning it would turn on but all the channels were frozen! They blamed it on the weather and that only goes so far. On the other hand I did not need to watch TV anyway and this stay just proved it. On another note the shower on/off valve was stripped and I ended having to take a European sponge bath my last day. I left early and was in no mode to go to another room to shower. I will be back in Juneau in a few weeks but will be staying at another property in town that I found while on my business trip. Last thing they need to get black out curtains at this hotel.
