Very tired, shabby and in need of upgrade ... which they are working on. I read on reviews 'nice views', which i couldn't see through the dirty windows. 'Restaurant on premises' was closed due to renos so we had to go down the windy mountain road into town for dinner and breakfast (The Town Tavern in Banner Elk was excellent). Carpet desperately needs changing. What they could clean they did ... clean comfy bed (but a Murphy bed? how do you clean behind that? You don't! ). New shower curtain ... thank you. Shower head is awf. Linens clean. My suggestion, wait until renos are done and then give it a try ... there's potential

We had a great stay at the 4 Seasons! The 2 Queen suite was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the heater worked well. We enjoyed hot chocolate by the fire and time in the game room after skiing. The hotel is very close to the ski resort and several restaurants. The staff were very friendly!

The room is extremely dated and doesn’t look clan. The sofa in the room looked so gross I wouldn’t event let my toddler touch it. However, the staff was very friendly and the location is convenient to activities. Can’t say I recommend it but it depends on your needs.
