My room was dirty and old looking. The bathroom had dirty fixtures, and the sink was clogged. The breakfast was good, and check in was quick with great customer service. It’s time to remodel. I stayed in 208! My one night stay was 140$

We have stay at this hotel on several occasions. Location, staff and breakfast has always been great. Only one small problem, the beds are quite high (for short people). It would be helpful if there was a small step stool available in the room or at least at the front desk.

Yes breakfast was great that was the only positive part of my stay. House keeping not great room wasn't clean only emptied the trash/bed didn't have fresh sheets/I had to make the bed myself and was told I had to request my room to be cleaned/ with a phone that doesn't work in my room. Front staff at check in was not helpful when I told her my phone doesn't work it was never fixed during my stay.

Overall the stay was fine. My biggest concern is that when we checked in and went to our room around midnight the door had been propped open with the latch. I was not concerned for myself, but would not have loved someone having access to that space if my wife and daughter had been staying there alone. I think the room was maybe being aired out, but I feel it is a safety issue that should be remedied if this is a common practice.

Booked this hotel on the road home from Florida. After 16hrs on the road we just wanted to put our heads down and sleep. As soon as we entered the room and turned on lights, bugs started to appear. I spent more than a few minutes crushing them in Kleenex. If we hadn’t been so tired we would have moved on. Needless to say my wife slept with one eye open…NEVER AGAIN.

This hotel has a lovely, welcoming staff! Delicious breakfast! My room was clean! However, the bathroom could use work. The shower needed to be upgraded...missing caulk and brown spots ...easy fix...really needs to be attended to!

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Sticky carpets, dirty floor. Discoloured, stained bedding. The bathroom was cleaner but shower screen wasn’t fitted properly so water leaked everywhere. It all needed a makeover and more care and attention. WiFi was good, staff were fine and breakfast average. We only stayed for one night so managed, it was by far the worst hotel of our trip.

We arrived late to a smiling staff member. She was kind and got us to our rooms quickly. Rooms were great! Breakfast was amazing - lots of choices, plenty of room to sit. Will definitely be back!

Staff seemed friendly but I had a very disappointing experience post check out. I stayed 1 night and was on my way to visits sick family member. I accidentally left behind 2 necklaces and 1 pair of earrings. They were left on the bureau in front of the TV. When I realized what had happened after I had left the property, I called and was told that IF they had them, they would be locked in the managers office. Fast forward 11 days of repeatedly calling, being told the manager was not there, and NO ONE had keys to the office. I was informed this morning that they did not have my jewelry. I couldn’t be more dissapointed. I will not return to a hotel with a theft problem. Shame on me for leaving them behind, but shame on whomever helped themselves to my possessions.

The wash soap got finished appearently it was not replaced due to the cleaning staff not paying attention. i was already in shower before discovery there no soap. I called for soap and they told me i have to wait for the cleaning staff to resume work. They gave me 10mins and the was the second i had called that the information was relayed. The were party stuff in my room on arrival that i had to trash. The man staff that was in atttendant on the 28th evening was polite. The phone room in room 311 can only work when it is on speaker mode. It wouldn’t work when it is handheld. Also the sit on the toilet was loose. Breafast is okay but they can do better with cleanleness. I saw the kitchen lady using her hand to clean the surounding on the food and uses the same hand to refill finished food.
