The hotel is old to start with . Any photo to make u think otherwise is deceiving. Electrical issues all over . No power to ac/heat unit. Lights that eventually come on . No way this is a 7.4 out of 10 . Maybe a 5. I will say it was pretty clean , the beds were ok . Pillows not so much. The tv worked . The shower water pressure was not great but there was hot water . We did not discover the ac/heat issue until late in the evening. So it was never addressed . Will not return or put much trust in future ratings .

The place is a dump. I don’t know how this ever got eight stars. We arrived at the hotel at about 530, and the office was locked up tight. We rang the bell and waited for a couple of minutes and a very indifferent and evasive Middle Eastern man came to unlock the door and check us in. The tile floors in the room were absolutely filthy. If you took more than 10 steps barefooted, the bottoms of your feet were black. Literally black. The rooms have been given a “facelift“, but none of the lighting works properly. Many outlets also did not work. Apparently, they tried to paint the bathtub, and the paint is peeling off everywhere. The pillows on the bed were essentially useless. The room, air conditioner was feeble, but managed to keep the room cool with a set point of 68°.The room did have a functioning, refrigerator and microwave, however, and the TV was relatively new and equipped with Cox cable. The pool area is closed and the cover is still on the pool. Amenities around the pool are dog eared. We were there for three nights and never got maid service or fresh linens. I would not recommend staying here.

This is a tough one...the check in area was a bit gross and smelly but the room was decent. It appeared clean and the bathroom wasn't too bad either. Updated sink and shower. Dirty behind the toilet. Bed wasn't too comfortable but I didn't see any bugs! :) AWESOME LOCATION! Beach is two blocks and you're on the main strip or stores and restaurants. I spent $57 on the room for one night...a-ok for me!

Parking was very tight, even for my Focus. Room was pretty out of date. They were out of TP so we were given Kleenex. Which was fine. Staff was nice despite it being his first day and another guest was giving him sh** about $12. Probably wouldn’t stay again. But it was inexpensive and that’s always a bonus.

Parking was very limited we had to park across the lot from where our room was located. When we arrived to check in the office was locked and had a doorbell on the door to ring for service. Done that twice and nothing had to call to get service. Upon entering our room and within our stay there were numerous problems. We arrived to a roll of toiletpaper that had maybe 20 sheets on it. 2 towels one containing black stains on it and 1 washcloth given there was 2 of us with not a single handtowel. Called the office and was told for anything we needed we had to wait for the housekeeper to come in at 9 the next morning. We had to buy toilet paper from the 711 next door and each of us use the same towel and washcloth. The next morning i took the towels to the housekeeper he said he would take them to be washed and would bring them back in an hour he couldnt even switch out our towels. It was vacation so we was ouf for the day expecting to beable to shower when we returned. Still nothing had been replaced. I went to the office and was told the housekeeper was gone for the day and he had no more we would have to wait til he came in at 9 the next morning. Not to mention the next day we had check out at 11. The coffee pot hod no supplies or cups and the microwave was without the tray inside. The bed was made with a metal fram which was broken on the bottom corners causing a loud noises with all movement. The area was nice but overall the service and conditions of the room were terrible

Upon entering the room I found stuff from previous stays in the chest of drawers. There was no toilet paper nor was there a place for toilet paper. I asked the young boy standing outside of the utility room if they had toilet paper and he said no. He then handed me a box of tissues. The cable didn't work and when i mentioned it to the man at the desk he seemed like he couldn't be bothered and told me thw cable box probably isn't plugged into the tv. I had already checked that before saying anything. The property and parking lot is full of trash. The room on the second floor that has the ice machine was full of trash and half eaten food like mozzarella sticks. Its a shame because the location is pretty convenient.

Do not stay here. I don’t know who would ever say this is clean in a review but it was by far the most disgusting place I have ever seen. We checked in at almost midnight and booked a new place by 2am. Told the front guy our room was filthy and he showed us 2 other rooms equally as disgusting. Poop skid marks in toilets, blood in toilets, unidentifiable bloody globs on wall, dead bugs everywhere, tub was black, sink had not been cleaned in I don’t know how long, hair on bed. We told him the were all dirty and he replied that sometimes housekeeping didn’t clean very good. We left and checked out before 6am and left for our new hotel. The guy said they would refund our stay through hotels. Com but now are refusing. Do not stay here. I sure hope I can attach pics with this review for you all to see our nightmare.

This is a bare bones place to stay, and some of the usual amenities are not provided. (There was a coffee maker, but no cups and non-decaf coffee.) The room had been cleaned, but not thoroughly (i.e. false eyelashes behind the sink). Fortunately it was quiet enough for us to sleep.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. No coffee in the room and the staff couldn’t find any when asked. It’s an inexpensive room that was in better condition when we stayed there last year, thus the choice to stay again. I guess we got what we paid for this time around. We won’t stay here next year.

Room was in horrible condition, ceiling repairs needed wall repairs needed, dirty hand prints on walls and soap dispensers and 3 of the 5 were out didn’t even have soap in them, floors had dirt in corners, was told after 11 there was no staff available, also was not told the road in front on the hotel would be closed and wouldn’t be able to leave in the morning if it wasn’t for getting up so early and finding out myself from a city worker I would have been stuck there till after 11am due to a marathon race! I took pictures of all I mentioned! Standards are far far below even low standards! Also fan vent was nasty and the toilet paper was almost empty and no extra rolls anywhere!

It was only a two night stay. The beds were made. We got a room on the bottom floor. Those were the positives. No soap or shampoo in dispensers. The thinnest pillows I have ever seen. Ceiling looked dirty with stains. TV screen needed a good cleaning. Marks or stains on table between beds. Caulking around tub needs a cleaning. Not enough towels or washcloths. Parking lot with glass, crumpled cans and other debris. $24 resort fee payable at check in. Hahaha! Resort is certainly a stretch. Didn’t use wifi. Only met one staff person for five minutes at check in. He was polite.

The room showed signs of bed bugs and looked generally dirty and like it hadn’t been cleaned properly between guests. And the staff was not helpful in helping our situation and truly seemed unapologetic about it.
