Staff support shocking!! I won’t be staying here again! Room was like a sauna, windows don’t open, I complained to reception who sent a guy to the room, he said, “room is hot because can’t open windows”, his answer “leave the front door open” awful experience trying to sleep.

My stay at the Falkensteiner Hotel was truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly attentive, the amenities were top-notch, and the rooms were both stylish and comfortable.
