太吵了，一夜没睡着。

阳台下面就是酒吧，露天的棚子里面dj打碟，嘣嘣嘣各种音乐到凌晨一点半多。房间还是不错的，大，阳台能看见海，但是。真心太吵了，早上4点出门赶飞机，音乐停了也该起床了，完全没睡着。

Great spot for overnight stay in town centre close to food/ restaurants and shops. Staff were very helpful Only negative was a bit of late night music from outside bars so light sleepers should ask for room away from Main Street

The room had roaches. It was loud at nice facing the main road. Some of the staff was very rude and not helpful. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. It was a very bad experience and very disappointing. I so wish we did not book this hotel. I think it should be listed as a half star hotel.

Location was good and the room was large. It seemed like there was too much space in the room, and it had a balcony. Reception was helpful and was able to assist with booking a taxi for an early flight. The bed and pillows were ok, but not exceptionally comfortable, and the AC worked extremely well. Unfortunately, none of the nearby atms accepted us cards, which made it hard to get currency and places close early, so by the time I arrived I couldn't find food and went to bed hungry.

The location in downtown St. John’s is useful for food and shopping (noting most places are closed on Sundays and holidays). Rooms are large and often have an equally capacious balcony. But the spaces are a bit run down: the towels were filthy - grey rather than white - and there was a thin rime of dirt inside the kettle and no way to clean it out. Hot drinks were off the menu. Finally, our room overlooked a bar that played live music until very late. Perhaps ask for a room facing away from the bar.

AC was very good the balcony was a plus with excellent view. The hotel needs an upgrade other than that the location was perfect, close to shopping, food, cruise, ships and the airport. The staff were helpful and courteous. The cleaners did a good job in the room.

All though the staff was nice upon check in the hotels water failed over night leaving us with toilets that could not flush and no water for personal hygiene when I asked the front desk for bottled water to freshen up and brush teeth they were not wanting to supply use with it reluctantly they gave us a large bottle from the drink cooler in the lobby the breakfast was good but I really felt a financial consolation should have been made
