On our arival we were greeted by wonderful staff. Really helpful nice and kind we booked in fast and easy and showed to our rooms. The rooms were great clean and comfortable. One of our rooms had an amazing view of the park which i sometimes dont find in amsterdam which is never really an issue anyway as you are out most of the day anyway just a place to stay and as long as the room is clean thats all that matters so this was definitely a bonus. The room itself was lovely clean well kept and the tea and coffee in the room was lovely and if you needed more or wantwd more or extra towels you were able to get these . In the reception area is a lovely comfortable seating area that people were sitting in having drinks and playing games and just chatting in which was nice. The hotel is situated really close to the museums and a great eating area with great bars restaurants and cefe. Plenty of shops around if you needed to pick up anything you need like toiletries or snacks or drinks and is close to a tram stop to get you anywhere around the city. Overall it was a great hotels and would definitely recommend

This property had a sign advising 'Hotel is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of items' so we took extra care to lock our bags. When we returned to our room, we found that the zips had been split open on our luggage which was stored in the cupboard. I raised this issue (amongst others) with hotel management who denied any wrongdoing and insisted that I had no evidence. The hotel stated that they would stop housekeeping services to avoid this issue in the future, which I said was not an acceptable solution - housekeeping is one of the reasons I chose to stay in a hotel and not an Airbnb. The hotel manager then proceeded to ask us to vacate the hotel within the hour at 11pm on a Saturday night. This was on Easter long weekend where availability was limited. The hotel did not provide us the grounds on which they were asking us to leave. It also refused to refund us. Thank you to Hotels.com for stepping in to facilitate assisting us to move to another hotel after midnight. In addition, the bathtub as advertised did not work, the water pressure is low and the room did not look like the images shown.

The hotel is in a lovely position, opposite Vondel Park, is very close to the major museums and close shops and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and the hotel has a very relaxed vibe. I really enjoyed my stay and the room was a sanctuary to come back to after a busy day sightseeing and shopping.

Das Zimmer war klein aber dafür sauber. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief ganz ohne Probleme, das Personal ist sehr nett. Sunny hat mir gute Tipps für einen tollen Aufenthalt gegeben. :) Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Nicht ganz zentral, aber dafür hat man nur 15 min mit dem Tram für in die Innenstadt. Viele Museen sind nur um die Ecke und alles Wichtige, was man braucht, ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Da das Hotel nicht zentral ist, hat man seine Ruhe, aber man ist auch nicht abgeschottet von allem. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Really a beautiful space all around--the common areas are well-appointed, and my individual room was quite large and very comfortable. This hotel is really convenient for getting around: it's a quick walk to the Museumplein, and the tram is just a couple of blocks away. There is also a good grocery store, some restaurants, and a great gelato shop just on the other side of Vondel Park--a six minute walk or so. I only spent two nights here this time, but will definitely try to return on my next trip to Amsterdam!

A localização do hotel é excelente de frente para o Volder Park e próximo (menos de 10mins à pé) dos museus além de fácil conexão com o Tram, Ônibus, Metrô. Fizemos a maior parte dos passeios à pé. A equipe é excelente e muito gentil especialmente a atendente Andrea e Sunny ambas nos fizeram sentir em casa. A limpeza, comodidades, conforto do quarto são excelentes. Recomendo muito para um casal que queira aproveitar Amsterdam.
