What a special, intimate and quiet find in a city known for partying and high rises. We loved our stay at Maison Felix. All of the staff were top notch and super helpful and friendly. Pool area is super relaxing and having chairs on the beach is a huge plus. The hotel is very new and still working out a few hitches like the automatic lights in the bathroom being on a very short timer and the sound proofing from the halls was not great. Overall, everything else made up for these small things, would recommend!

Amazing! The staff was the sweetest and helped even with our luggage. The place is beyond beautiful and just very well thought through to make sure guest have a great experience. The design is modern, clean, and thoughtfully done, creating a calm, elevated atmosphere throughout the property. The staff are exceptional — genuinely warm, attentive, and consistently helpful. The location is extremely convenient. It’s just a couple of blocks from the beach, with complimentary beach towels, loungers, and umbrellas included, which is a major value. The beachfront boardwalk/walking path makes it easy to walk to Bal Harbour and Fontainebleau, and having both Walgreens and CVS within a block adds to the ease of the stay. The pool area is clean, quiet, and relaxing — a welcome contrast to larger, more crowded resorts. While I would recommend staying on the upper floors (as noise from above can be noticeable on lower levels, and the door-access blinds can be a bit finicky), the overall value far outweighs these minor inconveniences. For the price, this property is outstanding. It offers a far more peaceful and seamless experience than staying at larger resorts like Fontainebleau, where friends we were traveling with struggled to access beach towels and loungers due to crowds. This hotel felt cleaner, calmer, and more personal — and despite not being directly on the beach, it was an exponentially better experience. Clean, safe, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-run. A true 10/10 for value.

Hotel novo é muito limpo, confortável, moderno e luxuoso. Toalhas e lençóis da melhor qualidade e equipe muito gentil, alegre e solicita. Os únicos contras é que embora o hotel cobre uma taxa de resort cara, não oferece estrutura de resort, apenas duas cadeiras e um guarda-sol na praia. O hotel não tem restaurante nem bar, então não é possível pedir nada enquanto se aproveita a piscina (pedimos uma cerveja na piscina e o funcionário do hotel- muito gentilmente- sugeriu que saíssemos da piscina e fôssemos comprar na CVS que o hotel nos ofereceria um balde para gelar. Isso precisa ser corrigido imediatamente pois impacta demais o conforto e experiência dos hóspedes. Além disso, o banho é mediano já que o chuveiro é sem força e como não tem elevador, os hóspedes precisam levar suas malas por dois lances de escada nos quartos que ficam no andar de cima (como foi o nosso caso). Também sugiro ao hotel que faça um acordo com a CVS para os hóspedes puderem usar seu estacionamento que fica em frente.
