The room felt neglected I paid for a romantic two queen smoking room called soon as I booked it to make sure my room was secured they told me everything was good and I had bought the last room got there after the casino and they had sold my room to some more guest so they decided to put me in a room with no heat no television pure cold me and my fiancee got up at 6 that morning to leave they told me they would be gettin in contact with Expedia to give my refund back comes to find out that’s Alie they haven’t even talked to Expedia I called to tell them I had filed my insurance claim and that I needed a written statement sayin that happpend to me the guy said he was sending the written statement over to me and never received it they blocked my number off they call id and no want return Expedia calls a waste of money the guys at the front counter was sleep and not even communicating very much I wouldn’t waste my money here 161 dollars gone down the drain

No coffee pot in the room. Minimal breakfast. Elevator & hallways reeked of skunk weed. Vending & ice on one floor only. We wont be back nor will we recommend. No wifi.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options each morning. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Went to check in and buildomg was extremely hot. Musty smell all over building. The room we went to was 86 degrees and looked nothing like the room pictures i booked online. I was told "they dont have that room." Front desk said they could cancel and refund my room. I followed up with Expedia and this was not done. Thankfully Expedia made it right.

Oh my God ! I booked for 2 days and that was a mistake. This will be a long detailed review because I don't want anyone thinking the pictures shows what they should expect. Arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 check in. No one was at the desk for check in. Another gentleman was there as well and said he had been waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up. Well after 20 minutes of calling the number left on the sign to call someone showed up. The lady spoke very little English. Ok so we get checked in and get to the room and I was fine until I went in the bathroom. There was a roach crawling in the sink. I yelled to my husband he said he had already killed 2 crawling on the nightstand. The room didn't have any coffee but had a coffee maker in the room. The 3rd floor reeks of marijuana smells. So Friday morning I went down for breakfast. What a joke. 7:30 am and there was a few scrambled eggs in a pan, room temp orange juice, milk in a jug sitting in a bowl on top of ice packs. They had cereal in dispensers but umm the crawling roaches was a turn off. There were a few pieces of fruit sitting. No coffee just nothing. I left and went to the waffle House and ate breakfast then moved around some before returning to the room. Got back to the motel and the elevator didn't work. The worker went behind the elevator and did something and it started working again. Get to my room and my key cards had been disabled. Both mine and my husband's room keys didn't work. Now we booked for 2 days.

Need work

Room smelled water damaged. It was a very musty odor although the room looked half cleaned. No trash cans available at all. I sprayed with Lysol and perfume. I was very uncomfortable and never laid in the bed. I went to work and returned the next morning to return the key got coffee and a banana and didnt return to the room. Seemingly, they're working on some things. I hope it gets better.

Some of the rooms were not up to part. Holes in the walls. Some of the rooms didn't have air conditioning. The breakfast is only dry cereal when they advertise hot breakfast

I was told there's a pool. The pool doesn't work. The man at the counter was nice enough but very hard to understand. I made the reservation for myself and husband. We're just about to get into bed and the counter guy knocks at the door wanting to see my husband's ID saying he didn't have a reservation after already seeing our ID and getting us all checked in. Then my husband had to get dressed go back out to the lobby and talk on the phone to the counter guys boss and explain he's my husband. We both have the same last name so I'm really not sure what the issue was. Not the best place but the bed seems comfy.
