I stayed for one night before an international flight, and the location was perfect—close to the train station, the airport, and plenty of shops, a pharmacy, Starbucks, and several bakeries. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being near the airport, the room was impressively quiet. The bathtub and full-length mirror were nice touches, though the room itself was a bit small.
However, the front desk didn’t mention the steam and sauna facilities, and I only discovered them later—only to find they don’t open until 5 p.m., which was disappointing. The “Happy Burger Day” promotion at the 5th Lounge & Bar was also misleading; although the lounge opens at 9:00 AM, the kitchen wasn’t ready to serve food until well after 11:00.
Overall, the room and location were excellent for travelers, but the service and communication need improvement.
