Recepção uma maravilha mas em compensação o café da manhã é terrivelmente fraco e as meninas que trabalham na limpeza precisam entender que quando elas estão no corredor tem hóspedes nos quartos e deixarem de conversa e brincadeira. Tirando isso não tem mais nada a relatar.

Quarto com lençóis manchados, travesseiro mofado, que pedi para trocarem e me deram outro menos pior, mas mofado e manchado também. Banheiro com a porta preta de mofo por dentro, sem limpeza. O hotel de Ondina, da Rede Andrade, coloca belas imagens dos quartos aqui no Hotéis mas ao chegarmos lá vimos que o apartamento tinha muitos problemas. Moveis estourados, banheiro com teto mofado, porta do banheiro não fechava por completo e ar condicionado com vazamento da água da condensação. Na estadia tivemos problema também com a parte elétrica. Uma noite o nosso ar condicionado desligou sozinho e ao avisar pra equipe, de prontidão colocaram o mesmo pra funcionar de imediato. Em outra noite, a energia geral do prédio caiu por 4 vezes e não era problema externo porque não faltou nem na rua e nem nos prédios vizinhos. A equipe que trabalha lá é excelente e atenciosa mas o cuidado com a infraestrutura do hotel passa longe de ser a melhor.
