We stayed post Melissa and they were working very hard to on repairs. The Signature side was being worked on as it was hit the hardest so we were placed in a third floor ocean view room. All the restaurants were open and events were taking place at various times. We happened to be there for their champagne tree lighting ceremony and it was beautiful. We have stayed at this resort a few times now and always love it. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. We will likely return in the future.

I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back soon.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were great. Everyone was super friendly. I was confused by why I was not on the Lady Hamilton side of the resort? I was also confused how I signed up for a timeshare presentation? They usually send offers in the email/mail that offer free stays if you listen to the presentation. We were checking in and just trying to be agreeable and polite but I did not want to spend any part of my vacation listening to a timeshare unless there was a free stay involved. All we got was a discount on a massage. The spa and massage was great too!

Despite the hurricane’s initial impact, construction activities continued unabated. During our stay, we were deprived of essential amenities such as air conditioning and cable television. Furthermore, we were deceived into attending a consultation regarding a timeshare membership. This was orchestrated by the hotel staff, who had initially invited us to a complimentary breakfast and tour of the property. However, their intentions were solely commercial, as we were being targeted for a sales pitch. Overall, the property has amazing views, but we were not aware of some hidden parts of the property until the last day. And even after complaining to multiple staff members about our issues, nothing was resolved or addressed.
