The staff were very friendly. The bar and restaurant were closed but we received a message and a phone call explaining this offering to refund us, no issues there. The beds were very comfortable and the room was fairly quiet. It was in a good area too, only issue was the bathroom had some black mould and the plastic water cups were very dirty.
