Check in was pretty smooth, they “upgraded us from a one king size bedroom to a two kings size bedroom. Once we arrived to our room one of the beds looked unmade, pillows not being place on the bed the right way, also two pillows were missing pillow cases. I called to see if housekeeping could fix it. And no one showed up. The pool are was really nice, water was freezing cold, but it was also April so I kind of expected it. The elevator never worked so we had to haul all of our things up and down stairs plus holding a toddler. Staff was pretty nice.

The hotel felt luxurious! Jeffery signed us in and guided us by map so we knew where we were going and how to get there. He helped in assigning our room for our convenience. Our room was very clean, neat and everything we needed was available. We were meeting with family so we were in a hurry to leave and we neglected to leave a housekeeping tip, something we are unfamiliar with. Sorry. BTW We could see the beach (went down to walk on, pools and we used the exercise room. Everything was very clean.
