It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but wreaked of cigarettes, the carpeting was stained all over, the walls had patches all over, the pillowcases/pillows were stained, the furniture looked like it had gotten chewed by mice and never replaced, there was some black spray paint on the toilet and scratches in the tub that were stained orange/red. Soon as I walked in the room and saw all of this I walked back out with my kids and told the staff we couldn't stay there, gave them the reasons, showed them the pictures (which I still have) and asked for a refund. They told me they would give Hotels.com permission to refund me the $199 and that it wasn't a problem. Hotels.com got back with me and said that the hotel refuses to refund my money so I will be contacting the Radisson corporation and letting them know about the terrible accommodations and the lies about my refund! Highly dissatisfied! If I could give them lower than a 1 star I would!
