Very dirty, a lot of problems with rooms. Some with no heat, not working toilet, hard to find a working outlet. 10pm curfew so no hanging out in the lobby etc. Rough crowd, would give this place a -5 stars overall

Was okay. The front desk guy was not professional at all. I stood there for a minute and he came around the corner wearing sweatpants a jacket and made it super awkward just in general. He didn’t ask for my ID or Credit Card, which is an absolute no-no. Haven’t stayed here before, and not sure if I would again.

First room was under some kind of renovation, and wasn't even the room I booked. I booked a King Deluxe and they gave me a standard King. Swapped me out easily enough. No ice machine on site, which is a huge miss. AC and heat are nice, bathroom was awesome and the shower had amazing water pressure.

The heat did not work and we were frezing. It was 2am and they wanted to move us when we just had sniggled in and I was not feeling good. I just wish the heat would have worked. Also we wanted to get some waterbottles and all that was offered at night was tapwater. No thank you!

I personally will never stay here again. I used to come here a lot but over the years it has gone downhill. This was the first time in quite a number of years - I thought it would be ok. I found it very unprofessional - worker behind the desk was sitting with his feet up on the chair, headphones on his ears. They did not clean our room at all while we were there. The pool area is in disrepair - slide not working, fans going all over the place that are loud and we can't hear anyone talking. We went in the pool put our hands under the water and came up with hair stuck around our hands (not sure when it was last cleaned properly) for breakfast on Sat morning before 9am they were out of eggs - heard many people ask if there were more and were told no. Sunday - no eggs at all not even the usual boiled eggs or fruit. The breakfast area worker did not clean tables, took 45 min for her to clean off spilled cereal off the counter, the pancake area was dirty with spills she passed by it all numerous times but did not clean anything up....I looked up and just over the toasters the vent has never been cleaned and can only imagine how much dust falls into it. Clearly their ventilation system needs help and they need to clean better (all the fresh air vents in the dining area were FILTHY stained brown and yellow). For the amount I spent for 2 nights - it was not worth it at all. I don't generally leave reviews but this was SO disappointing. The whole property needs proper management.

Shower would not get hot. Elevator lobby had duct tape covering crack in the ceiling. Exterior door off stairs was busted and slammed shut making loud noises all night long. Lobby was dirty, elevator was dirty. There was a broken down Cadillac in the parking lot that looked abandoned. Worst of all, some fat lady sat hogging the pancake machine for 20 minutes and had taken like 50 sausage links and just sat there blocking the use of the breakfast area which was super gross and annoying. The final straw was the TV only got one channel and I complained and they couldn’t fix it. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. By far!

The faucet handle broke off when I went to wash my hands. The heater wasn't working. We switched rooms. The elevator was out of order the next morning. The steps were covered in plastic and I had eye surgery the day before and the steps were slippery. They were doing construction

The front desk staff was courteous. The room was disappointing. It looked like the room was under renovations. Was obviously meant to be 2 beds and was 1 king, tv didn't work, bathroom fan didnt work, half the lamps didnt have light bulbs and hot tub didn't work.

Two stars. One for a clean room. The second for kind staff. Upon arrival on Friday, the room was cold and dark. The pool itself was warm on Saturday but the hot tub, water slide, and pool sprinklers were not working for the duration of our stay. They topped that one Sunday morning by shutting down the pool entirely for treatment. It was very disappointing given we booked there specifically for the pool area. The juice machine was broken at breakfast Sunday morning as well. Our friends who were staying on a different floor reported a dog having had diarrhea to the front desk Saturday night. It was still there Sunday when we checked out. In summary it’s a clean sheets, no maintenance kind of place. A motel 6 would have at least left the light on.

We had 2 rooms. The heat was broken in one and the toilet kept running in the other. We fixed the toilet and had to move rooms because of the heater. When we checked in we asked if one room could be under a different card and they said yes. We were later told that you couldn’t because of going through Hotels.com. They still charged both cards and even after talking to them multiple times they have yet to refund the new card. Also a pillow was left there and was found after we left. It was not a cheap pillow and they said they could drop it off at UPS with our info and they would contact us for payment. They have yet to do that also after a week. All I would like was for the refund since the room was double paid for and the pillow return.
