The hotel is sparse in amenities and luxury. The rooms are adequate. The bathrooms are tiny. The best part is location, so if you do not mind roughing it rooms you may enjoy your stay. Small pool is clean, small refrigerator in room, now bell service and nowhere to store luggage as you wait for your room.

The room was small, but very clean and in close proximity to most of the Key West activities. A bit expensive, but not much more so than others in the area. My only complaint is that we are on Motorcycles and specifically check to see that there was on-site parking and there was none. The agent at the desk said that the problem was with Hotels.com listing and it is supposedly wrong. We had to park about 3 blocks away at an unattended lot. There were no problems, but we didn’t get what we expected and supposedly paid for.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bonuses were that it opened to a well maintained pool and rooftop patio for people watching !! Excellent location as it is located at the center of Duval St- restaurants and watering holes on both sides of the street. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend- I know we will be back!
