Very limited services and lack of respect for check-out. My stay at Hotel Hacienda Suites Loreto was disappointing. There is no internet in the rooms, no safe, and no mini fridge. The parking lot is separated from the hotel, requiring guests to cross a street to access it. The television had no cable, which greatly limits entertainment options. The most upsetting issue was that they did not honor the check-out time stated in my Hotels.com reservation (1:00 pm). The staff insisted I leave the room at 12:00 pm, which I consider disrespectful to the customer. Overall, the hotel provides a mediocre experience and fails to deliver basic services that one would expect at this level of accommodation.

The bathroom was clean but in poor repair. Old shower with poor water pressure, no plug for the sink - just an open pipe and water damage on the walls. Doves kept us awake starting in the early morning. Location is not the best for first time in Loreto. It is far from most restaurants and the Malecon. Food and staff at the included breakfast was excellent. And the pool is clean and warm inviting swimming in January.

Pretty setting, secure parking, good breakfast, nice coffee shop attached to sit and play card games, the cushions on some of the outdoor chairs need replacing, we would come back again.
