Hevea Hotel did not receive the notification from hotels.com (or neglected to check it). Upon arrival, they didn't know I was going to check in, there was no room ready and it took 40 minutes for them to scramble and get a room ready. I had to reach out to hotels.com support for them to give the hotel a call so they honor my stay. They didn't even have a keycard to access the room so after I left for dinner, I had to follow up twice to get a keycard. Overall, this was the worst check in I've experienced through Hotels.com.

Location is good. Room is very spacious. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement -- we had the floor cleaned when we arrived because if felt sticky. After being mopped, floor became sticky again when it dried up. Chairs have stains. The desk has sticky stains too. Refrigerator is not clean. The bathroom has only one drain, which is in the shower. The shower is not fully enclosed and there's also no shower curtain -- so the bathroom / toilet area stays wet unless it is mopped or water is pushed to the shower area. We stayed for 3 nights. We noticed that dirty plates from room service are not collected promptly (like dishes have been in the hallway for more than 24 hours). Housekeeping staff are nice, but some staff in the reception are unfriendly. There were loud young guests during our stay who loitered in the hallways and fire exit. Staff dealt with them only after complaining a few times.

Floors were sticky and dirty. Shower and sink drains clogged. Water damage and molds in the ceiling made the room smell very bad. The rooms did not have towels. We had to call the front desk three times and it took over an hour to get them.

The hotel was better than i expected. Having 2 family rooms to accommodate the family doing the storm was a great experience. Good vibes, safety and security at the entrance was excellent. The rooms are a little outdated but its well worth the stay and price. I will be booking here again. Excellent view as well. Great attitude from the entire staff. One of my favorite location in Pampanga.

The room was okay, but the shower had an unpleasant smell, the sink was clogged, and the door wasn’t soundproof, so you could clearly hear the noise from outside. On my second night, I couldn’t sleep because the guests in the room next to mine were having a party, which shouldn’t be allowed in a hotel room—especially when the rooms aren’t soundproof. There are other guests in the hotel, not just them. When I called the front desk, they said they would tell them to quiet down, but nothing changed. They were still shouting, the TV was loud, and it even sounded like they were throwing things. It’s not a good place to rest, especially if you want some peace and quiet to think. Sorry to say, but this is my honest review and experience at this hotel. For me, if you’re looking for a place to relax, this is a no.

I asked the front desk to clean my room 5 days in a row, but they never cleaned it. When asking for towels or toiletries, you'd have to call the front desk multiple times and wait at least one hour. Horrible customer service. I will not return to this property ever again.

There wasnt really anything to like.The room was supposed to be a deluxe room and it was terrible. Holes in the walls very ugly,air con did nor work well,the girls at the front desk did not know their job and were not very professional. The breakfast that I paid for was not good.I travel a lot.Dont stay here.

Caught a good deal! Cannot complain too loudly! Lunch could have been better. Not because of the food but because of the FLIES!!! Aggressive, attacking, and waaay too many, to allow us to eat in peace. Plus flies are nasty!😐 We had the double bedroom with balcony. The rooms, although older, were quite spacious and had some modern equipment (TVs) but for the most part a bit dated. We were disappointed that the live band did not play as was scheduled on Friday... so, no live music or band. Again, for the price, room size, and quick overnighter, we cannot complain too much. but for review purposes, the place could use some upgrades
