Quarto apertado para 3 pessoas, pouco espaço para armazenar pertences. Ótimo para dois. Água do banho com pouca pressão, não chega a ser um problema. Café da manhã ok, mas realmente muitos hóspedes para pouco espaço, tem opção de levar pro quarto, mas não demora a liberar mesas. O que mais incomodou, foi o elevador no horário do café da manhã, sempre lotado, descíamos pela escada os 12 andares e as vezes saíamos direto pra passear pq para subir e descer novamente a espera ia ser longa. O hotel tem corredores, elevadores, saguão e espaço do desjejum compartilhado com outro hotel. Tem 35 ou 36 andares. A localização é excelente para quem vai para NY pela primeira vez, perto da times square, muitas linhas de metrô próximas. Não indico para quem gosta de calmaria. Deixamos as malas após o check out, não cobraram nada! Concluindo foi uma estadia boa, de 0 a 10, daria nota 7,5. Pela dimensão do hotel não tem como os funcionários darem um atendimento personalizado. Dica: use o Uber shuftle para ir até o aeroporto, pega perto do hotel e até o aeroporto de Newark pagamos 20 dólares por pessoa. Funciona para todos os aeroportos!

Clean room and premises. Staff was engaging. Breakfast was pretty good. I enjoyed the yogurt bar.
Yogurt bar was my favorite. Tasty potatoes and sausage, bagel and coffee. There was eggs but I don’t eat them.

The stay was great except for the elevators. There are not enough elevators for the amount of guests. Getting a elevator in the morning can be a long wait especially if you’re on the lower floors. By the time it got to us it was full and you have to wait for another. On the morning of leaving we had to carry down our luggage via the stairs as getting a lift with space was impossible. Apart from this we were happy with our stay

The elevator situation was awful. You had to use your card for it to tell you which elevator to go to but it was like there was no logic behind it. We waited through 6 elevators to come down because all of them were full. It was infuriating.

The check in was fast and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was dirty. The floor dirty. Bed sheets dirty. My husband called front desk twice and noone came to clean the room. He went downstairs to speak to the front desk and the supervisor was there and heard is complaint and immediately changed our room. The second room was clean. But we will never stay here the wait to get on the elevators are crazy long. You better off taking the stairs and the dining room for breakfast very crowded.

The staff is very helpful. The hotel is centrally located in Times Square. The room is small but was very clean. The maid service came every other day to make the beds, provide new towels and sundries. We liked everything about tge place except the elevators. They were initially difficult to figure out as there is a particular elevator and you dont know which one will be taking you to your floor.It isnt anything we've ever seen before but after awhile we got the hang of it. This causes alot of confusion and crowds can grow large as people try to figure out how to use this new system. Also breakfast was quite good but get there early! Tables are quickly taken and seating can be a problem.

1. Valet was not readily available and space was taken up by 2 large trucks loading linens at 9pm. 2. Elevators. Not enough words to explain how horrible of a design, function and availability of the elevators which was shared by the many other customers. The wait was no less than 15 minutes each time and we had to pass on multiple stops because it was full. Not efficient and very small. 3. Temperature controls did not allow us to adjust. We weren’t comfortable in our room, the hallway or elevator. 4. We were not informed of the construction which we believe created significant risk on entry and exit of the property. Particularly in the access of the elevators and entry into the building. 5. The room was a postage stamp. No place to put our suitcase or unpack. Sink space was non-existent. 6. Valet parking was more than quoted. All of the above puts your staff in a very difficult position to be able to satisfy customers. They are not the issue. Very unsatisfied and will not stay again for which we travel frequently. I hope you take our feedback into consideration.

Deuxième séjour au hampton pour nous après 2024 et que de changements en si peu de temps. Nous avons eu du mal à reconnaître l'hôtel en arrivant. Le hall d'accueil est amputé de la moitié de sa surface, les photos présentées sur les sites sont complètement trompeuses. Le check in, la circulation, l'accès aux ascenseurs sont donc des chemins de croix au cause des cloisons en placo présentes partout. Le système d'ascenseurs avec étage imposé est toujours aussi compliqué, surtout aux heures de rush mais ça on le savait, mais là , vu la configuration des lieux c'est encore pire. Bon les chambres sont petites, c'est indiqué partout. Mais peut-on avoir encore plus petit ? La réponse est oui et elle se situe au 37 ème étage, la 3704. Là, ce n'est plus une chambre c'est le placard sous l'escalier d'harry Potter. Couplée avec la 3702, elle ne dispose même pas du couloir des autres, dans lequel on peut déposer ses valises. Infernal. Et je ne parle même pas du bruit des voisins qui laissent les lourdes portes claquer à tout va. Une fois dans la chambre, une clim assourdissant viendra à intervalle régulier troubler votre tranquillité. Aucun souvenir de ce vacarme au dernier séjour. Bref quelle déception cette fois. Le petit déjeuner à été assez varié car en trois jours nous n'avons jamais eu la même chose en salé. Petit bon point. L'un des seuls atouts de l'hôtel reste sa situation en plein cœur de time square mais au prix élevé des chambres et des galères générées par les travaux.

Honestly, aside from the construction that was going on in the lobby, our stay was very comfortable. I’m sure that once their construction is done, the lobby won’t be as crowded during peak hours. The rooms are small, not big enough to accommodate 2 suitcases and 2 carryons, but extremely clean and the bed was comfortable.
