I like very much. For a short time is great place ( I was there 10 days ) There is not restaurant, no laundry. They charge for parking your car ( was surprise ) But I love the hotel.

A equipe do café da manhã merece nota 10, tanto pela qualidade no preparo quanto pela educação no atendimento. Sem dúvida, é o grande destaque do hotel. Por outro lado, há pontos que deixam muito a desejar, especialmente no trato com os hóspedes. Falta educação, cordialidade e um mínimo de reconhecimento ao hóspede, mesmo que frequente. Sentimos falta de atitudes simples, como um “bom dia”, “boa tarde” ou “boa noite” — demonstrações básicas de respeito. Na equipe noturna, o colaborador mais experiente é bastante gentil e educado. Já o mais jovem demonstra dificuldade em manter um atendimento cordial: raramente cumprimenta, não responde a um “obrigado” e não demonstra simpatia, o que causa estranhamento para quem está sendo recebido. Ao longo do tempo, relevei diversas situações relacionadas à manutenção, limpeza e atendimento. No entanto, o episódio ocorrido no dia 04 de abril, às 11h25, foi o ponto mais relevante: enquanto eu ainda estava no banho, preparando-me para sair dentro do horário padrão de check-out (meio-dia), a camareira bateu à porta perguntando se eu iria sair ou permanecer. Informei que sairia — inclusive, quando preciso estender a estadia, sempre faço isso com antecedência. Em seguida, a mesma perguntou que hs eu iria sair, acreditem?! Considero essa abordagem inadequada, já que ainda estava dentro do horário de permanência.A sensação foi de expulso. Além disso, há falhas evidentes na limpeza, como a presença de cabelos de outros hóspedes e fronhas manchadas
