The staff were ok, very minimal interaction, room was clean bed was reasonably comfortable, although the shower mat had pubic hair under it and there was no hot water both in the shower and from the sink!! not good when wanting a shower. the toilets were shared so other guest not cleaned after use!!. There is no parking at the property but the local carpark was free after 5pm so not that much of a worry. i wouldnt stay again but for 1 night it was ok. location is great any easy to get too.

Room was immaculate, bed was very comfortable and room was spacious with a shower. The staff in Pub downstairs are very welcoming and friendly, plus drinks are great value. I have stayed here twive and would always choose here if staying in Boro again for value and quality of the stay.

Clean room , professional dedicated staff who are hard working and impressively they've not taken up any small offers I've made that would have meant they would have had less work to do. I stopped suggesting things in the end because not one of them were interested and it dawned on me that that's why the property is so well managed and standards high . My offers made sense to me but to them it didn't and thats why it's a great success

The Hoptimist

Its a nice comfortable place for the price. Its in a decent location, around the corner from the High Street, theres plenty of food options in the area also, some locals pubs too. If you do like a drink there is a cosy pub downsatirs that offers a selection of drinks a reasonable prices.
