We absolutely ADORED this place! If you love charm, character + cozy, retro interiors then this place is for you! The staff was lovely, the common areas are charming and there's so much to see/do (vintage books, games, etc). Unfortunately it was cloudy and chilly on the only day where we could have enjoyed the pool but the pool + pool house are PERFECT. I'd love to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As others have stated, the area isn’t for everyone, but we had no issues. You should definitely also try the Jamaican restaurant right next to the Inn. The Inn was very tastefully done, and we loved the lounge area so much we made it a point to take our food and eat in there in order to enjoy the atmosphere. The pool house was awesome as well. I’d definitely stay here again. The fact it’s so close to downtown is a bigger plus. Check in was a breeze as well. I’d definitely recommend this great and easygoing experience.

Very clean room. Bed and bedding was so comfortable and of high quality. Slept like a baby. The newly renovated rooms with the nostalgic touch was very nice. AC/heating unit was top notch. Hotel exceeded my expectations especially since I grew up in the local area. Highly recommend, will stay again. Only recommendation is to get rid of the black hand washcloths. Get all white so it can be washed in bleach also.

This is a good place for motorists to stop for a night. But this is not for families. Especially with kids. I believed in the stupid 10/10 rating shown on Google and booked it. But the place is very unsafe for kids. The railings on the first floor were too big that any kid can fall through them. The stairs are not good either. The location seemed a bit sketchy too. And, I wish they had a microwave. I mean, it would cost half of a night's charge to place a microwave in the room.

The hotel has no check-in staff. We arrived and had not received our text with the room access code. I had to waste 10 minutes on hold to get help with what was supposed to be an automated process. Then they assigned me to a room on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. There isn't even a process for you to request on that. Also the hotel is located in a sketchy area of town and didn't feel safe. Room was updated and pretty clean and but very small. They didn't leave enough coffee or cups for our stay so we had to go chase that first thing on day two. Overall not a great experience.
