Nice two days business visit at Östersund, hotel is in good spot right in the hard of the town, depite to that it was easy to find free over night place for big van I was travelling.

De var okej. Rummet håller på att falla samman. Började med att öppna dörren och något från dörren lossnade. Dusch rasade när man satte på den och duschhuvudet fungerade knappt. Städat och rent i rum. Spa cloud var värt pengarna om du tycker om att sitta i gul/grönt vatten. Personal på hotellet var 10/10. Smilla i receptionen var super trevlig. Personalen är det enda som drog upp poängen.

Frokost var ok. Renhold var grusom. Kom til flekkede puter og støvlag overalt. Hadde lagt inn 3 overnattende, men var kun ordnet soveplass og håndduk til to. Måtte ned i resepsjonen selv med puta med stort gammelt blodflekk på og måtte bære alt av sengetøy og hådklær selv opp igjen. For så å re opp selv. Golvet under senga var ikke vasket, både gamle snacksbiter og korker under senga. Dunka hodet borti lampa over senga, og det regnet støv over hele senga. Skittent bestikk ved frokostbuffen, flere bestikk. Hele plassen var ekkel og virket urenslig. Hyggelig personale da. Dårlige parkeringsforhold. Få plasser og trangt imellom, vanskelig å parkere og å kjøre ut. Kommer nok ikke tilbake hit.
