The hotel is very good value with a beautiful quaint ambiance but the water has a strong smell of sulfur and the listing on Expedia is misleading and false advertising. It says hotel provides " a rare find-convenient airport shuttle servive for easy travel ". This is a blatant lie and we are seeking reimbursement of 450 pesos paid to a private car arranged by the manager, who led us to believe that it would be at the expense of the hotel. We made a reservation through Expdia based on it's ad . This is tantamount to fraud and we request compensation for your misleading ad on which we based our reservation.
