I’m not one to complain, I’ve done this line of work myself for 10+ years.. but this hotel stay takes the cake in bad experiences. March 21st we check in around 3pm. The front staff seemed like he didn’t even want to be there, he had his AirPods in the whole time. Told me zero information upon arrival, including breakfast info, the pool, checkout and even what floor we were on.. he told me nothing about the wifi. I basically waited for a shift change and then asked the MUCH nicer staff. The pool had WAY too many kids in it, and was not the cleanest, and breakfast was ok. If I had to deal with the same man who checked us in, I would go to ANY other hotel. That was a disgusting level of unprofessionalism and for the cost of things today, I expect at least your attention and the basic decency of being told about the property at check in.
