A/C fan has only very loud high speed, no medium or low. Hard to sleep. Only curtains were very sheer, also hard to sleep with the light from the pool area. Overall, very good room, and excellent staff and facility.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times while driving from MT to AZ, and I absolutely love it. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and very inviting. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The property is presentable, and the area feels safe, which makes for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed here two nights. The first night the sheets were so itchy!! Even my 3 year old daughter was itching all night. So I took at the blankets and sheets off the bed, the made the bed with new sheets and we slept like a dream. Also the shower was not warm at all. All that I could ask for while traveling with young kids is a nice hot shower. Nope! Be the hot tub outside had hotter water! It was not a pleasant stay at all!

I would look elsewhere if I were you. We had rooms 145 and 155, and both were dirty when we arrived. In room 145, I honestly do not think the bedding had been cleaned. There were many — and I mean many — black curly hairs in the bed. We ended up stripping all the bedding off and using our own blankets instead. In room 155, there was blood on the pillowcase and the sheet. On top of that, the pool area was disgusting. I understand that a few flying bugs around a pool can be normal, but this was far beyond that. There were so many bugs in the water it looked like soup. There were also never any towels available at the pool. Every time we asked, the staff were rude and kept saying the towels were in the dryer and would be out in a minute. An hour later, there were still no towels, so we finally just went to housekeeping ourselves and took enough for everyone at the pool. I would choose just about any other hotel over this one. I would ask for my money back, but I already know that would probably be a battle. If you stay here, be prepared for dirty conditions and very poor service.
