Perfectly situated right by the Yacht Club and Marina, and a ten minute walk to Nelson’s Dockyard. Very spacious rooms with great sized balcony. Some have a small kitchenette with coffee machine (with coffee), fridge, kettle etc supplied. Excellent air conditioning and lovely sized bathroom.

I loved this place! Location was fantastic. Short walk to a pretty beach and loads of great restaurants. Check out Indian summer - on the water, great Indian food and cocktails, that’s life - on the water amazing crispy duck and cocktails, and Me and You- adorable place on the water for coffee. Seabreeze is wonderful for coffee and breakfast wraps. My large balcony had a beautiful view of the harbor. The room was large and clean with a great little kitchen. Music from bars was loud but just one night and not for too long. Staff were lovely. Taxi and car rental nearby.

We really love it and have stayed often. The staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and courteous. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and have been carefully renovated in recent times. The view of the marina is constantly changing and the location is perfect for visiting restaurants and bars in the evening. Falmouth is a great place for visiting other areas of the island.

The location is great!! Lots of bars, restaurants and some shopping. Beach is about a 15 minute walk. Our hotel room on main floor adjacent to hotel lobby was extremely noisy and you can hear guests in next room. It's not a luxury or renovated as the hotel website states and has very basic amenities.
