Hotel was in a great location just off Times Square. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Hotel and room were well maintained and felt new. Walked to several Broadway plays, great restaurants, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral etc. Enjoyed all the bright lights and activities of Times Square. NYC was cleaner than expected and felt safe with an obvious NYPD presence in Times Square and the surrounding areas. Enjoyed the hotel and hope to return in the future.

The hard rock hotel was an excellent location for our stay. The Bell staff was very helpful as we had to get in our suitcases and leave them several times during our trip. The view from the bar upstairs is beautiful and the drinks were delicious. The bartenders in the restaurant were also friendly, and everyone was very accommodating and conversational. Appreciated the small bottles of water in our hotel room and getting fresh ones each day with our room clean. Gotta stay hydrated when walking 25,000 steps a day in New York!

This hotel was lovely, clean and quiet. We appreciated the cheerful, kind staff, especially the doorman, even at 3am when we needed advise on finding a 24hr drug store. The location was perfect for quick access to shows, food and bus/subway including the Big Bus Company hop on hop off that's first stop was at the corner. We would highly recommend this hotel. Our only complaint was that all the lights were connected so it was hard to adjust them to the right settings.
