The place is fantastic with one exception - the temperature control - or lack there of! Was told nicely by staff heating and cooling was controlled centrally and the whole hotel - or at least all the rooms could either be heated - so have warm air pumped into the room and temp was therefore between 25-27 degrees or could have cooling system switched on, but it need to be done at central level for the whole hotel - the thermostats in our rooms were basically decorative. Everything else was brilliant, food was great with lots of options, place was beautifully decorated, pool areas were plentiful and stylish, place was well equipped, staff were friendly - nothing but praise - apart for the lack of temperature control.

The Hotel is close to the beach, very clean, modern and it’s staff is very supportive and friendly. Very quiet rooms and excellent buffet (breakfast and dinner). Pool area is great with and for kids.
