Do not book at this hotel. They "overbooked" yet charged my card. And when I showed up, they said they didn't have a room available and couldn't refund my card. I had to spend the early morning hours finding a room and trying to get hotels.com customer service to solve this problem. Terrible way to start a weekend.

The pictures online look much different than what the property actually looks like. The property didn’t seem to be in a great area, and when we tried to check in around 10pm we found that the hotel had given our room away. They claimed they had tried to contact us, but when I said we had booked through the app they then said they had tried to contact us through the hotels.com app. They claimed not to have any room left that night, which we decided was probably for the better anyway.

The room we were given had a hole in the wall, 2 of 3 lights did not worn, the AC did not work, was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. I immediately asked for a refund. The desk clerk asked for phone and email, said they would contact the manager and let me know. I never heard from them again, but did get my credit card info hacked and fraudulent charges by the next morning, using my email. Booked at 154/night, in reality it is more like a 39.99/night hotel or hourly special that I would never stay at.
