The worse. Very dirty, Lack of staff. Took over an hour standing in line to check in. Two people checking in for two hotels. Rooms are very dirty. Stained carpeting, bathroom moldy and extremely out of date. This is a motel, not a “resort” and not sure why golf is part of the description. Couldn’t find one positive thing to comment.

A wonderful stay really enjoyed the people here got to meet new people. The staff was very nice and it was very clean. Good beach access wonderful indoor pool, hot tub and outside pool and parking was good.

This motel was bearable. Out dated that a lot of the stuff didn't work. TV wasn't programmed and not many sockets to plug things in. We only had one single one to charge our phones. It was loud with young adults screaming. The rooms they put us in was literally in the basement. Window view was the furnance room. It smelled like old grease. Water pressure was bad. Would not recommend but I guess you get what you pay for $200 for 3 nights.

Well we couldn’t check in at 4pm it was almost 6pm before we could check in. While there house keeping didn’t clean up our room, didn’t bring clean bath rags or towels as requested for both of my rooms. The rooms needs to be upgraded the covers were so thin like a flat sheet. Mattresses are so old and needs to be switched out in room 326 at the main building and the bath tub needs to be replaced as well

Check in was supposed to be 4:00 but we weren’t able to actually get a room until 6:30. The pictures used are of the ocean front hotel not the 1950 hotel we stayed in. The hotel we stayed in was old,dirty and very outdated. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. The bed spreads had stains and burn holes in them.The kitchen was dirty and had no pots and pans so thankfully we don’t cook on vacation. There was multiple items left if the room by previous guests and one item was a fork with bacon on it in a drawer that we were supposed to be able to put clothes in. The bathroom is so outdated and old that the tub appeared dirty but it was just that old. Parking is a nightmare and they “offer” a parking garage that is literally three levels and it’s one way in and one way out. There are multiple disabled vehicles that have been there for a while taking up spots. The room I booked was resort view… out one window we looked at a cement wall and the other was a view of the parking garage. Not what I expected. Complaining to the front desk is and was pointless because it was always full of people complaining and those who voiced concerns were just blew off and nothing was done. The only positive part of this hotel was that the staff was friendly and pleasant and we could walk to the beach

Would go back. It’s not a boujee hotel, but it’s clean & safe. Front desk was very friendly & apologetic since our room wasn’t ready until 2 hours after check-in. However, you could smell that it was just cleaned when we walked in the room. We spend most of our time outside of hotel when we visit so we’re never really concerned with much else other than clean & safe.

Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. Noise level was insanely loud: bath tub was rusty- stood on a towel to shower. Window air conditioner pushed in a wall for cooling. Would not stay here again.

Microwave was not functional- we called to report 3 times, asked in person at the front office and called the booking number and finally got a response 2 days later. The bathroom sink would not drain. The property was very dirty and there was a lot of odor from drug use. The actual rooms do not look at all like the pictures- the kitchen is minimally stocked and did not even have a baking sheet.

Room with dog good but hard to get to, only 1 elevator to 5th floor; clean room, bedding, shower & room layout excellent but rear bedroom no a/c so bring a fan; staff very friendly but overcharged ($80 booking deposit & $60 due at check in,,, @resort fee $30+$30 for dog/2 nights) but charged $120=$60 hidden fee so will not be back bc there are nicer dog hotels for $100/night but Thank You Love Myrtle Beach 🏖️😊🐕
