Good location, but room smelled like mold/ mildew. Bathroom vanity has major water damge .You could not even close the door. Couch in the room looked dirty. Toilet had issues with not flushing properly and Ac unit made some strange noises. You also get charged extra for resort fees. I got motel vibes not resort.

Loved our double king room. Close to everything marathon has to offer. The only thing i didnt like was the extra charges for resort fees and parking. It was cold while we were there so didnt use the pool, we ate breakfast out at Irie Eats and the bar wasnt open at all guessing due to weather. Will stay again just wish there wasnt the extra charges

The staff were super friendly in the office. Breakfast is super basic, 3 cereal options, frozen sausage and egg sandwiches, coffee, milk, yogurt and OJ. The pool & hot tub were nice. The bar is super basic, but nice view of the Gulf. Next to hotel is a nice bar and restaurant that had live music when we went there on a Thursday night. We used the 2 free loaner bikes to ride to the 7-mile bridge. The bikes were in good condition, can tell someone maintains them regularly given the use they get. It was nice the staff will also loan you locks to use with bikes. Would book again, and request the building by the Marina, I think that building is a little nicer than the one by the office. Also used the coin-operated laundry, which was super convenient because the laundromat in town does not have reliable hours. Great location in the keys if you want a place more laid back than Key West.

Welcoming to pets. However, old and we did not have room cleaning service except once during our 5 day stay. Continental breakfast was unimpressive. Cereal boxes and Walmart muffins, sandwiches you could warm up. Not kid friendly food options or anything exciting. It was ok. But you are paying extra for everything, boat marina, trailer parking, car parking, pets, etc.
