Check-in was quick and easy; room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room furniture was somewhat marred, but not a significant issue. Sink drain was slow, but brought to attn. of management. Breakfast simple, but fully adequate. Highly recommend for the value. It is a solid stop on a road trip!

There was a lot of noise coming from another room. I called the front desk at 10:30 pm and was told they would check it out. The noise continue and I made three more calls. Finally at 2 am i could hear security knocking on the other room and tell them to be quiet. It shouldn't have taken so many calls and so long to fix this.

The stay was fine overall and I didn’t have any major issues, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The bathtub was stained, and when I turned the water on it came out brown at first, so I had to let it run. The furniture is outdated, which wasn’t a big deal, but our fridge wasn’t cooling and there’s no microwave in the rooms. If you’re trying to save money, it’s an okay option, but the cleanliness could really be better.

We spent my son’s 6th birthday there and we were rudely awaken every night with people being loud and slamming the back door where we were put. They never brought towels to the pool when requested two hours prior to getting out of the pool. Twos days our beds weren’t made. And our keys always had a problem every day.

This hotel is right off the highway so easy on and off access. There is plenty of parking and the staff are friendly. Our room was good size but there were a couple of issues. The toilet wouldn’t flush, but maintenance came right up and fixed it, we found someone else’s sock on the floor near the bed and when I went to make tea in the coffee pot there was already water in it. Other than that we were happy with the room especially for the price. They have a complimentary breakfast with fruit, yogurt, bagels, blueberry muffins, pancakes, coffee and juice. There is no restaurant but you can eat at the Crown Plaza next door and your key gets you into the hotel there as well. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay when you are on the road this is a good choice.
