I would suggest, the term quality is misleading. This is a budget hotel that was very dated – and probably overpriced. Although the staff were pleasant – the hotel is certainly not high-quality - so, depending on your expectations – you might be disappointed. The bathroom in our room was small, outdated, and in need of maintenance. The breakfast was good, but not great – and the omelettes were processed. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Room was clean only seen one staff maybe to check in he was very friendly breakfast was good pool was not open due to heater not working we were there for a kids hockey tournament for the weekend was not happy about that it wasn’t even on there website so the kids we’re disappointed as well

The HVAC "system" is simply a wall unit....no thermostat in room so you are either cold or hot. Pool was closed, much of hotel a mess from construction. Breakfast was cold.

The hotel was vert dirty. I felt unsafe. The main desk you couldnt get to without going ouside through the parking lot. The lightning was very dim in the halls. The back exit door wouldnt open and the side exit door was blocked off so you can only exit 1 way, Which seems like a fire hazard. The fitness center didnt have a treadmill only an elliptical which was broken. There was no way to turn on the television. Dogs barked through the night and it smelled like POT. The breakfast was very minimal. Light bread in baggies kinda stuff. There were 2 omelets there that was cold. Coffee machine was also broken. No coffee at all.

Very noisey, you can hear every door, banging above all night along, barely slept. Hallway smelled like weed and cigarettes. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Breakfast was the only highlight and the gentlemen overseeing breakfast was very kind.

The staff were kind and helpful. There was poor signage and direction for cars. There was only ONE sign which was right at the entrance to direct cars, the lighting around the hotel is dim, and there was water on the first floor as I walked to my room. The walls are VERY thin and I could hear almost everything in the next room.

Hallway was flooded with water and deteriorated walls. Very dark with no clear signs to rooms. Building/room smelled of mold & mildew. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful however the female employee was having an altercation on a personal call (speaker phone). We checked in and immediately left. We did not feel safe.

So upon checking in they gentleman stated pool was open main reason for staying was indoor pool for my kids, well ordered pizza get ready for pool on the door is a sign "pool heater not working swim at own risk" Its January 20's outside the water was freezing! Why wasn't we warned pool was down? THEN, the only hall to get to the lobby from our room was filled with water from water coming out of the wall and soaking the floor. I almost fell and I am pregnant so that wouldn't have been good...

I made a reservation and even paid for cancellation insurance, but it turned out that less than 5 minutes later I decided to cancel because the hotel wasn't in the city where I was going to stay. They didn't respond to my request and refused to refund my money.
