The hotel conditions were unsafe, unsanitary, and materially different from what was advertised: • The room had open patio doors with no screen, allowing animals to enter freely. • I woke up to a cat on top of me in my bed. I have a known allergy to cats and suffered allergic reactions and skin breakouts as a result. • The pool area was unsafe, with excessively deep water and no warning signs or depth markers, posing a drowning risk. • The food quality was extremely poor and unsanitary, making it unfit to consume. These conditions created a health and safety hazard, and the property failed to provide habitable accommodations as advertised. Due to these issues, the stay was not usable as paid for. I want a full refund

Overall had a nice stay here. Staff was very friendly, it was quiet and relaxing, and the property was clean and up kept well. I’m not a big all-inclusive person but needed a relaxing break without having to think and this was a good resort to do so. I also felt safe in the resort which was very nice since I was solo and didn’t feel completely awkward as it was very couples heavy. Cons: - I didn’t like the constant push for reviews and feedback right there on the spot from the staff and from the vendors pushing for excursions and photos with animals on the beach - The food was mediocre as well as alcohol choices (I understand it’s an AI resort but oof) - Service was inconsistent at the restaurants depending on who served you. At one of the lunch spots, the hostess ignored me until someone mentioned to her I was waiting - Housekeeping was also inconsistent - one day my room didn’t seem fully cleaned as there were still dishes from room service in the cupboard from the night before - Pool was a bit colder than anticipated but otherwise it was lovely

The resort is gorgeous! A little language barrier by some of the staff but they are super helpful and friendly. I loved the different pools too. The only problem for me is my stomach couldn’t handle the food as it is prepared differently. Usually without butter and vegetable oil instead. Would recommend if you don’t have a sensitive stomach as it is a gorgeous and perfectly sized resort. Do the upgrade to club level - for the pools and alcohol. We are not big drinkers but they had everything fyi. Food - meh.

The room, the pool, and the unlimited drinks was the best part of the hotel. The food is honestly horrible, every restaurant. The staff is very friendly and nice. They ask you where you’re going every time you exit the hotel which is very annoying and the hotel is the farthest from all the nearby hotel. I would come back but I look forward to visiting different hotels in Punta Cana

This resort is extremely beautiful- such a relaxing place to spend a few days and just unwind. The food is great at all the restaurants. The rooms are nice and upgraded. Staff is all very friendly. I would definitely get the excellence club rooms if possible. They come with nice benefits such as private beach and even a private restaurant. If I had to say one thing I found negative, I’d say it was the people with the animals (monkey, lizard, parrots) who come and bother you when you’re trying to lay out on the beach. This may not be the resort’s fault per se, but it was frustrating that every day some person came up to pester me about taking pictures with animals (one day the guy actually put the lizard on my leg and wouldn’t remove it until I got kinda nasty with him) When we are enjoying the beach, the last thing we want is someone coming up and putting animals on us or trying to get us to pay for pictures.

Great vacation. the resort was very nice, clean, very well cared for. rooms were clean, fresh rowels daily. Good, clean pools. Plenty of chairs and beds around the pools and on the beach. the beach was very well cared for, clean. Food was great. Our favorite restaurant was the lobster house and the grill. The French restaurant was also great. The buffe had a very good selection of good food. The grill had great stakes, the lobster night is excellent. We enjoyed the Dominican night also. Staff was pleasant, no shortage of smiles. They are very caring, trying to make your stay the best possible. Would like to recommend this resort to anyone wanting a good relaxing vacation.

A great romantic place, with wonderful staff and services. We went on our honeymoon as a relaxing getaway. Even on the rainy days (we came during hurricane melissa passing by) we still had a great time just exploring and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The sunny days we spent a lot of time just sitting on the beach! Most days you couldn't swim due to rough water, but even then you were able to walk along the water and the beach was shallow enough you could safely get in the water a little bit. The room was good, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was large and made it very easy to shower throughout the day going from beach to restaurants and excursions. The restaurants were pretty good, especially chez isabelle which was a great experience. The night entertainment was hit or miss but we did enjoy the options a lot. We especially liked the Michael Jackson impersonator, the circus show, and also many of the bands were great to just listen to and sip a drink. The bars were great my wife loved the bars and she was very happy with the drinks especially the martinis and coco locos. The atmosphere was just great, it felt truly tropical and the architecture and buildings felt like you were living in splendor for your time there. No kids which added to the peaceful atmosphere. There was some drunken rowdiness from some other guests, but generally people were very respectful, quiet, and it was a peaceful environment especially by the beach.
