The room is clean but the fact that matter of fact the being that my door did not lock I was uncomfortable for that reason I wasn't able to get a full night's rested because the fact that I couldn't even lock my door also that the fact that the blinds were cut Somebody went and cut the blinds off to where I can't sleep in peace I feel like somebody was watching me from outside but other than that the customer service was terrible because of the fact of the front desk would not change rooms at first I had to make it and put out there how am I supposed to sleep with the freaking door like that his response was our management gets here in the morning

When we checked in, they’ll let us know. There was no swimming pool swimming pool and broke down for over a year no workout room no hot breakfast. The room had holes all in the walls. Carpets were very stained and dirty. A lot of of the staff’s family members were loitering in the common areas and in the breakfast areas, so there was no place to sit, but on the positive side there were no cockroaches no bedbugs

No signs on building sp finding it was difficult. First room they gave us you couldn't close the door all the way to lock it. The carpets are disgusting everywhere, in halls and rooms. Graffiti was on the wall in the bathroom. We didn't try the breakfast considering how dirty the place is kept, they've never heard of a carpet cleaner. Even replacement room was dirty, the mattress was stained and dirty. I would never recommend this place. Run, no matter the deal hotel.com offers. If we weren't so tired from driving, we would've left to find a good hotel.

The check in process was excellent and quick. The place looks nice on the outside, the halls to the rooms do show signs of repairs/upgrades. The room was nice roomy, i had a king bed with the jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi part sounded like it was struggling and barely did anything, it was a good size that as a 6'1 person i fit. However, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The shower had previous occupants toiletries, underwear hanging on the shower curtain, dirty towel and shirt hanging on the shower door. For a quick budget and for a single stay it isn't bad, but i will probably not be returning because of the clothes not removed.

The employees (both at check in and check out) were friendly and helpful. The waffles were yummy! Fresh fruit would have been terrific, and the coffee/ hot chocolate machine broke while we were trying to use it, but the amazing front desk agent was very attentive and worked to get it back in working condition. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed using the complimentary toiletries provided. We could've used a second trash can and a plug on both sides of each bed, but everything else, the clean restroom, beds, and main room were wonderful. Its location was a convenient, cost effective alternative to staying at Solitude Mountain Resort.

Staff was very nice, room was spacious but dated, bathroom needs updating (caulk along tub moldy, old flooring, etc.), TV did not work the entire 3 night stay, and maintenance never came to fix even though it was reported to the front desk multiple times. Overall room was decent value for the price.
