This is our second year staying at the Hotel St. James. The location could not be better, especially if you want to see some theater. The staff are wonderful, friendly and attentative. While not the fanciest of hotels, it suits all of our needs at a reasonable price.

Room was basic but clean and quiet. Staff was super helpful with letting us leave our bags before check in and after check out before we caught our train out of the city so we could still explore some more. Our only concern was no deadbolts on the door of our room.
