It was decent enough but noisy. People constantly walking by being loud. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the conversations of neighboring rooms. The people above us sounded like they had 10 people there and kids running back and forth until 1am and then back up at 5am. The top bunk bed was not useable for us as the mattress and the rail were the same level so not safe for kids. We had to go purchase a cot for one of my kids. Breakfast was actually better than expected though. I wasn’t expecting a hot option.

The lobby was nice which was very deceiving. The rooms did not match. The buildings were old and the bathroom was very tiny and outdated. We had a room that slept 6 people yet you could not have more than one person in the bathroom at a time which was very time consuming. We were on the second floor and the neighboring kids thought the walkway out side our room was their runway. They ran up and down from 6am to midnight. You couldn’t even take a nap as it was so noisy.

The room was a great size and layout for the price. We ordered dinner and bought an extra pizza and sandwiches for when we took a lunch break from Disneyland the next day, but when we returned from the park for lunch, the fridge had broken and we could not eat our food since it had meat. I then had to buy another lunch, which was a waste of money. Other than the fridge breaking and us having to throw away our food, everything else was great. This hotel is in a good location and good value for the price.

Staff i dealt with were great. Clean room expect for the open safety pin i found on the brown blanket we i moved the white comforter to the side. Not mine safety pin as i do not use them. Luckily i wasnt stabbed with it. I verbally went and spoke to the front desk clerk at night and followed up with during check out. Nothing was done. He stated he informed the general manager and the higher ups. Never received a follow up call regarding it either. Not even sure how this would have been resolved. Clean Towels also had someone’s hair in them.

Close walk to the convention center. Beds were comfy but the bathroom fan kept turning on and off by itself for no reason. People walking by outside could definitely be heard inside the room. Recommend sleeping with white noise.

The only good thing is how close it is to Disneyland parks. Breakfast is OK, but it closes too early at 9 a.m. Morning and day staffs are nice and they help you, but the front desk guy who works at night time is mean and doesn’t care about his job. He didn’t even let me finish talking to explain the parking situation and he started assuming I was referring another issue. Parking is shared with the neighbor hotel, and during nighttime it is difficult to find a spot. I went out around 11 p.m. and had to park in the red line when I came back. Then I spent the whole night up until waiting until a spot was available at 3:30 a.m. to make sure I didn’t get in trouble. Staff may tell you “leave it there, we will call you if something happens”, but the night guy was so mean that I had 0 trust in that. The room was kind of clean, but the AC smelled like it needed some maintenance. You need to keep it running 24/7 or the room will smell like humidity or old filters. Also, the walls and sealing are very thin. I could hear the stumps of the neighbor rooms, especially at night time it was hard to sleep. If you are considering staying here because it is close to the parks, I suggest it is better to look somewhere else and pay for the parking in the Toy Story parking lot, or check out another hotel. The hassles aren’t worth the amount of time and/or money you might safe by staying here.

Favorite motel for Anaheim Convention Center/ Disneyland. Comfortable bed, modern room, Refrigerator, microwave. in room coffee. The free breakfast is complete with meat, eggs, and more. The room was clean and the motel was quiet. Easy walk to center and Disney shuttle.

Hotel is very basic, no frills, but it met our needs for a clean room with good A/C & hot shower. Breakfast was not good, everything tasted premade & microwaved. Our room coffee wasn’t great either. Had to run it through the machine twice to make a halfway decent pot to drink. Walls are thin, we could hear the neighbors upstairs and anytime some walked by. But the staff was pleasant enough & the location worked for our trip to Disneyland. It was just a “you get what you pay for “ kinda hotel. I don’t have anything really bad to say about it, but I will try a different hotel next time, with a shuttle to the Disney parks.
