There was construction on our floor a worker had to take down plastic to let us in the hall to our room. No one not even the front desk told us. The pool was also closed but we were told we could walk across the street to another hotel to use their pool. Ridiculous and terrible experience. Also there was nothing on hotels.com informing us of this either. Very disappointed in both the facility and booking site !!!
