O Hotel tem uma estrutura maravilhosa, principalmente para crianças. Cafe da manhã com pouca variedade, e pedimos serviço de quarto, pois um dos nossos filhos dormiu quando iramos sair para jantar, pedimos ala minuta com feijão,e entregaram sem feijão, ligamos para o restaurante solicitando o insumo faltante, e informaram que já ia subir com urgência,passou 20 minutos e ainda não tinham enviado o insumo faltante. Ligamos novamente para o serviço de quarto e informaram que já iam nos enviar, e em 5 minutos nos ligaram dizendo que não tinha mais, e só falaram que iam ficar nos devendo Um descaso total. As crianças amam esse hotel, por causa das piscinas e área Kids, mas o atendimento do hotel deixa a desejar.

Café da manhã muito bom, o quarto que ficamos era um pouco pequeno. A piscina grande era bem boa, já a hidromassagem não era lá grandes coisas, água fria, tinha que marcar embora estive sempre vazia. Estacionamento não está incluso na hospedagem, tendo uma diária de 45 reais por dia, o que me fez optar a deixar o carro na rua lateral do hotel. No mais, daria 3 estrelas em um todo!

Excelente hotel. Instalações maravilhosas. Elevadores bons, bem cuidados. A ida até o bloco de apartamentos é muito fácil e arborizada. O quarto tem salinha e nos dois ambientes tem tv tela plana. Banheiro bem equipado com chuveiro forte e bons produtos de higiene. Colchão gostoso e uma infinidade de travesseiros (amei). Roupões à disposição. Ainda recebemos garrafinha de água: um mimo muito bem vindo e repleto de atendimento cordial. Café da manhã espetacular em um salão muito solar e com ótimo atendimento e limpeza. Estacionamento pago com valet. Hotel não fica no centrão de Gramado mas, sinceramente, vale muito ficar em um local de ótimo acesso e pertinho da Era do Fogo (experiência imperdível).
