Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, I will say if you have a large vehicle to park in the lower lot. The upper alcove parking is definitely for compact or smaller vehicles. The street entrances aren’t marked well and there’s like a house on the property or something as well you need to drive past to the parking lower lot on 300 east, so keep that in mind. You can also access the lower lot from the blvd, just pass the main entrance and take the next right turn down the alleyway. Room was clean, everything as expected. Nice place to stay. The remodel helped a lot!

We were given the wrong key, but that was quickly corrected. We couldn’t get into the pool with it at 9 pm (closes at 10 pm). The employee told us the timer was set incorrectly and let us in. Breakfast had eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy as well as usual items. It is close to the freeway and close to everything you need.

The staff was very helpful when I checked in. The room was actually nicer than I thought it would be looking at the outside. However there were black hairs in the sink and on the floor and when I put a hand towel on the floor and wiped the bathroom floor it came up filthy. Truly disgusting. But the staff was very nice their breakfast was very nice and they did give me a deep discount on the room.

Believe it or not, one of the reasons why I chose this motel was because it’s a single level lodging and we would not have any noisy thumping from above. It was also an easy drive to Snow Canyon where we planned to do some hiking and biking during the week. From the moment we arrived, the staff and our host, Rodney, was charming, informative and very accommodating. This is a 3rd generation owned lodging and there are personal touches everywhere. Our room was clean, fresh and featured a contemporary remodel. Even though the motel is located on busy St. George Boulevard, our room was quiet and quite relaxing. Our king bed was comfortable and spacious and there was plenty of hot water. The room also had all the amenities we needed- a microwave, refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker which my wife always craves so we can use our own Starbucks pods. The included breakfast was always hot and ready to go each morning. Rodney recommended several great places to dine which were all within easy walking distance. He also makes a great root beer float which can be purchased 24/7. I personally enjoyed a couple of floats during our stay. All in all, a great place to stay and a perfect base for all the activities in the area!
