Beautiful views but make sure you request a room on the second or third floor. The rooms were a bit noisy between staff rolling their carts back and forth and ppl walking by with crying babies or talking on the phone. Rooms are not very soundproof. For the price, we were a bit disappointed. Live entertainment was wonderful!

Beautiful hotel with great views. It is in a great location near shopping that is walking distance. The rooms are pretty narrow and not designed very well. The space between the bed and desk is tight. They have a special $10.00 coupon for the bar or shop but they didn’t tell me until it was time to check out so I couldn’t use it.

Reserved a king room through the app. The hotel put us in a double queen bed and acted like it was no big deal. They never reached prior to the the stay to indicated there would be an issue. I suspect we got booted to a downgraded room due to a holiday request.

I paid for six nights at this hotel and specifically requested a room with a direct view of the red rocks. Despite this clear request, I was not given the room I paid for, which felt like a misrepresentation of what was promised. I tried to resolve the issue immediately with the manager on duty, A@, who told me to return on the 29th and assured me the room would be changed. When I came back on that date, A@ was not at work, and the rest of the staff had no record or knowledge of what he had promised. There was no follow-up, no note, and no solution—showing a serious lack of professionalism and coordination. I am a business owner managing multiple companies and employees, and based on my professional experience, I am confident that A@ does not demonstrate the skills required for a managerial role. His handling of the situation showed poor communication, lack of accountability, and weak leadership. The only reason we stayed was because the woman working that shift was extremely kind and genuinely tried her best to help us, which I truly appreciated. She showed far more professionalism than management. On a positive note, the food was excellent, the bar staff were very friendly, and the cocktails were outstanding. Unfortunately, the management failure overshadowed what could have been a great stay.

Checking in was a breeze with great vibes from the staff, which set a positive tone right away. The views from our room were absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed the cocktails at the bar – they were well-crafted and hit the spot. That said, the food was a major letdown. As a chef and business owner myself, I was particularly disappointed with the tamale and fry bread we ordered – they were bland and lacked any real flavor or authenticity. I’d strongly suggest consulting with one of your many Marriot chefs to revamp the menu with higher-quality, easier-to-execute items that could elevate the dining experience without overcomplicating things. Additionally, our smoke detector went off randomly while I was using the blow dryer in the bathroom – it seemed overly sensitive and was quite startling. Despite these issues, the location and atmosphere have potential, but the food and minor maintenance quirks held it back from being a standout stay.

I would give this property 5 stars. Staff are awesome, rooms are lovely with great views and access to a rooftop fire pit to enjoy with family. Biggest disappointment was the cost to park at this venue. I've stayed at numerous Marriott affiliated properties but $35+tax per night is a little on the high side.

The room was not properly insulated, we could hear the people above us walking around. There was an iternet modem hanging over the bed that flashed all night. The hot tub was drained and we were never informed. We werent happy with our stay.

The location was great. The hotel was ok in my eyes. Staff was wonderful. The pool was below average, so we didn't even use it. The worst part of our stay, was the fact that the guest next to us were so loud in the morning. Their dog was barking (around 5am) which caused them to keep yelling at the dog was the biggest issue. The walls seem pretty thin between rooms as we couldn't sleep even when the guests next to us were talking (granted this was after the dog was barking). We actually did bring it up to the staff, but all they did was say "well we do allow dogs". Again, great location, but lots of options so we will try again somewhere else next time. I guess you do get what you pay for, as this hotel was not very expensive.
