We experienced a serious safety issue during our stay where another guest banged on our door and yelled false accusations. We felt very unsafe. We reported this and were told management would follow up, but no one ever called us back—even after multiple attempts to reach them. The lack of response and accountability was very disappointing.

Floors on all rooms were dirty! Elevators in our building and the parking deck were often inoperable. This was supposed to be a non smoking facility but there was cigarettes and marijuana being smoked, the smell was very obvious. Overall would not recommend this property.

The choice of several indoor and outdoor pools was great for my kids. The view could not be beat from the 15th floor. The condo was awesome! Enough room for everyone, comfortable, I was able to cook in the furnished kitchen and 2 bathrooms were definitely appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional with big smiles. We will be back!

Location and amenities are great. We didn’t utilize the pools however they were all up and functioning and everyone seemed to be enjoying them. We did use one of the restaurants onsite which was convenient and offered great service. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is for several reasons. Although the rooms were clean, I wouldn’t say they were comfortable at all. The beds were a very cheap metal frame with a very thin foam mattress. Your body sank down to a broke down box spring that squeaked loud enough to wake the entire room with only a tiny bit of movement. Also, the elevators in the parking deck were all out of service with the control board pulled completely out of all of them. So, you could only use the stairs on floors 1-3 of the parking deck. Floors 4-6 did have a small service elevator. Over all, I would stay here again for a short stay however the comfort of the room and not having adequate elevators in the parking deck would probably keep me away for anything more than a weekend.

The hotel, IMO, was the very definition of OK - friendly, courteous staff and the property was clean but fairly outdated looking. Overall the rooms were satisfactory but we had 2 big complaints - 1. Initial access was an absolute nightmare as we had to keep walking up / down to the front desk because the 10 digit door codes (x3) did not work and a manager had to physically walk up and override to a 4 digit code as he could not get the 10 digit codes to work either. 2. We had 2 rooms, the HVAC in Room 1406 (Tower 1) was ridiculously loud, annoying when it kicked in - we had it set to a modest 70.

So we had 2 rooms rented but getting into the rooms was a nightmare - arrived at 4:30p and was advised 1 room was unavailable which a manager immediately changed but the problem was the access codes to the door locks did not work and we had to make numerous trips back to check in to get an alternate code and the manager eventually had to physically walk with me to each room to override the door lock. Room 1 (Middle Tower - 513) took 3 trips to resolve, Room 2 (1st Tower - 1406) took 2 trips. The rooms were satisfactory (513 was a lot nicer, updated than Room 1406) but the HVAC in Room 1406 was extremely loud any time it kicked on (Temp set at 70).

The room needs updating with more seating in living room. Network and WiFi were seriously slow. One hot tub was rough to sit on, one had the top jets spraying in your face, one was not very warm, and one under repair. Lol couldn't find a comfortable one. Is usually a wonderful hotel and I will prob visit again.

The staff at the reception desk had everything ready for us when we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did not use the pools or hot tubs but they were in use constantly for the week we were there. The area was always neat and clean. The room was exactly as shown and we had a great view of the ocean and beach from the 14th floor. I would book Bay Watch again without hesitation.
